These Customer Terms govern the provision of services by ZyraDigital to its customers.

1 Service Agreement

These Customer Terms govern the provision of services by ZyraDigital to its customers. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2 Service Delivery

ZyraDigital will deliver services as specified in individual service agreements, statements of work, or proposals accepted by the customer.

3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issue.

4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

5 Service Level Agreements

Specific service level agreements (SLAs) may be included in individual service contracts and will define performance metrics and remedies.

6 Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
